What is a TAK Server?
TAK Servers connect TAK clients such as ATAK, WinTAK, iTAK and WebTAK so they share positions, chat, files, video and mission data. They manage users and groups, secure connections with certificates and can federate with other organizations' TAK Servers.
Can a TAK Server run in the cloud?
Yes. TAK Server can run on premises, in commercial or government cloud environments, or on small edge hardware that deploys with a team.
What is a TAK Server federation?
Federation connects two or more TAK Servers so selected groups can share data across organizations while each keeps control of its own users and data.
